Notice of Surplus Land - Property located along Boundary Street, south of the CN Rail Line

TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to the Town of Prescott By-Law 16-1995, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Prescott, at its meeting held on March 7, 2022, declared the real property located along Boundary Street, directly south of the CN Rail line, Roll Number 0708-010-015-26600 (PLAN 19 L APT) as surplus to the needs of the Corporation of the Town of Prescott. 

PURSUANT TO By-Law 16-1995, the Town of Prescott shall give public notice of the Surplus Land by causing such notice to be published in the local newspaper.  This notice will also be posted on the Town’s website at www.prescott.ca.

ANYONE MAY SUBMIT written comments to the Chief Administrative Officer regarding the Notice of the Surplus Land.  The deadline for submitting such comments shall be 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5, 2022.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION is available by contacting the undersigned at the Town of Prescott, during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
