The Town of Prescott offers several different options for facility rentals, depending on the need of your event.

Facility Booking Software - The goal of our Facility Booking Software Program is to provide users with an online, real-time view of our facility rentals/availability and easy access to billing/booking information. Currently, you can use this program to search for availability at the Alaine Chartrand Community Centre, the Leo Boivin Community Centre, the Kinsmen Amphitheatre, and the community spaces at Town Hall.

Alaine Chartrand Community Centre

Built in 2023, the ACCC is home to a modern ice surface named in honor of Leo Boivin with facilities for hockey, figure skating, recreational skating, and more. The facility features a walking track, community rooms, training room, and mini sticks arena.

Kinsmen Amphitheatre

This venue has served as the stage for the St. Lawrence Shakespeare Festival, several outdoor concerts, and countless weddings.  With a spectacular view of the Sandra S. Lawn Harbour and Marina overlooking the St. Lawrence River, the Kinsmen Amphitheatre is an ideal setting for specific outdoor events.

  • Capacity: 400 seating capacity
  • Please note that this venue is unavailable when the St. Lawrence Shakespeare Festival is in rehearsal or is performing

Leo Boivin Community Centre

Originally home to hockey and figure skating when it served as an ice rink, the Leo Boivin Community Centre (LBCC) is now a recreational complex that serves as ideal location for a variety of indoor events.  From recreational sports (pickleball, basketball, ball hockey and more), to large craft shows, gala dinners and tradeshows, the LBCC continues to serve as the hub for recreation and event facility needs.

Ruth Evanson Room

The Ruth Evanson Room is an ideal meeting space for smaller scale events or meetings. It has served as a venue for small weddings, conference meetings and small presentations.
